In addition, it will cover strategic decision making leadership efforts and their relationship to business objectives and coherent purpose. The seminar offers a broad and general foundation in the terms and concepts of the strategic environment and leadership with specific suggestions for achieving both. It is also intended for the seminar to familiarize the student with major areas of study in the field. The seminar will provide students with the key skills associated with critical strategic thinking, analysis and actions to improve all aspects of the leader as strategist.
