Children and families are invited to “Haunted Heritage Day” at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida, 115 Westview Avenue, Valparaiso, Saturday, October 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Everyone will receive $3 reduced admission; members and children 4 and under are free.
“Haunted Heritage Day” includes Spooky Tours, crafts, story-time, raffles, a bake sale, games, contests and lots of prizes!
Spooky Tours for all ages will tell haunting tales of local legends. After each Spooky Tour, children can trick-or-treat in the Museum and enjoy story-time with local children’s authors.
Throughout the day kids can play games, win prizes and do fun holiday crafts. Children ages infant to 14 years old can come dressed up and participate in a costume contest and join in other contests like donut eating, and a mummy (and daddy) wrap. Plus, bring your own hand-painted or carved pumpkin for a chance to win prizes from Fat Daddy’s Arcade, Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, The Track, Bippy’s and much more.
