4th Annual Women on Wellness: Guidance for a Healthy Lifestyle

Fort Walton Beach, FL—Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and Twin Cities Hospital are excited to present the 4th Annual Women on Wellness symposium April 10, 2015, from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm at the Holiday Inn Resort on Okaloosa Island. This one day educational and energizing conference is aimed to help women achieve balance and success in life, work, and health. Attendees will hear dynamic presentations by local physicians and business experts, as well as national renowned keynote speaker Zonya Foco, RD. Join us to learn how to increase your resilience, eat better, lead a more balanced life and improve relationships, communications, and overall wellness. This year’s keynote speaker, Zonya Foco, a registered dietitian, professional speaker, television host, author, guest presenter for “Oprah & Bob’s Best Life Challenge,” and nutrition spokesperson for Health Alliance Plan (HAP) of Michigan. As America’s Nutrition Leader, Zonya is a master of inspiration, motivation, and visual humor providing hard-facts information and simple solutions that help everyday people improve health, create balance, and maximize energy.
